‘Larger-than-life’ inflatable colon coming Saturday to Towne Mall

Area health agencies are teaming up with a “larger-than-life” resource this weekend to spread awareness of the second leading cause of cancer death in the nation.
Hardin Memorial Hospital, the Lincoln Trail District Cancer Council and the Kentucky Cancer Program are sponsoring The Incredible Colon from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Towne Mall in Elizabethtown. The event is being held as part of Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month.
