A unanimous vote Tuesday by Hardin Fiscal Court clears a hurdle for a 130-acre housing development in Vine Grove.
The city plans to annex the Pug Hargan farm and provide sewage for the development, which is expected to include 117 building lots.
Action was required by Fiscal Court because county government designated unincorporated areas as wastewater service areas for the two water districts.
