Kentucky 86 Fire and Rescue Department has taken delivery on a 2011 Ford F-750 Rescue Vehicle. The vehicle was built by Wynn Fire Equipment Company in Corbin. A committee from the fire department researched various trucks and manufacturers for several months and ultimately came up with a design that fit the needs of the department. Fire Chief Ryan Slaubaugh was concerned with the safety of the department’s 35-year-old rescue truck and made its replacement a priority for the department.
