Alveda King to speak at State Theater

A relative of slain Civil Rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. will be speaking in Elizabethtown, but about a different set of rights than the kind for which King fought.

Alveda C. King, niece of the late King, will speak at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 6 at the Historic State Theater in Elizabethtown. She is speaking for the Right to Life Kentucky Heartland organization.
