Trey Grayson, Kentucky secretary of state, was guest speaker at the May 16 meeting of the AM Rotary Club. He spoke on the presidential election process. He explained a plan developed by the Secretary of State’s Association, a non-partisan group, called the rotating regional plan which divides the country into four geographical sections for primary elections. This plan calls for four Super Tuesdays, each one a month apart. He also explained other reform plans being reviews, the Ohio Plan and the Delaware Plan.
