FORT KNOX — The tank’s role in the battlefield is changing. And, soon, the home where future tankers are trained will have a new address.
Those themes dominate the annual Armor Conference under way this week at Fort Knox.
Col. Robert Valdivia, the Armor School’s director of training, doctrine, combat development and experimentation, stood before an M1 Abrams, showing off its latest advancements.
