Project PASS, a program designed to improve the future success of students and increase high school graduation rates, will have its national launch at 11:15 a.m. March 11 at a ceremony at North Middle School in Radcliff.
U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan, Army Chief of Staff Gen. George W. Casey and National Association of State Boards of Education Executive Director Brenda Welburn will give remarks about the PASS initiative during the event.
