Q: I want to learn to sell on eBay. Does ECTC have a course to get me started?
A: Yes, ECTC has a three-night course to get you started selling on eBay. The course, taught by an instructor with more than 3,000 successful transactions on eBay, begins Sept. 11. It will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Students will learn about pricing items using PayPal, how to calculate postage and much more. Cost of the class is $75. The first class will be in Room 411 of the Central Regional Postsecondary Education Center on the Elizabethtown campus.
Q: I know nothing about computers. Does ECTC have a class for beginners?
A: Yes, Computers for Beginners is 6-9 p.m. Aug. 16, 23 and 30. Students learn to use and send email, open and send e-mail attachments, purchase airline tickets, use MapQuest, do word processing and much more. Cost of the class is $59. The class will be in Room 510 of the CRPEC Building on the Elizabethtown campus.
Q: I want to learn more about photography. Does ECTC have classes that will help?
A: Yes. ECTC has the following courses to choose from:
PhotoShop Elements I. Learn the basics of Adobe PhotoShop Elements in this class. Learn red eye reduction, cropping, importing and resizing images to e-mail to family and friends. The class is from 6 to 8 p.m. and begins Sept. 15. The cost is $95. It will be in Room 411 of the CRPEC building of the Elizabethtown campus.
PhotoShop Elements II. This class will continue honing the skills learned in PhotoShop Elements I and introduce new topics. The class is from 6 to 8 p.m. and begins Oct. 27. Cost is $95. The class will be in Room 411 of the CRPEC building of the Elizabethtown campus.
Perfect Pictures. This is an intermediate photography class that picks up where the Photography Fundamentals class leaves off. Students will learn to see like the camera does and cover more advanced shooting techniques to create better images. Learn the difference between capturing images and taking snap shots. Students learn how to display, present and store images. The class is 6 to 8 p.m. Sept. 23 through Oct. 28. It also will be on Thursdays beginning Oct. 25 through Nov. 30. Cost is $95. The class will be in room 148 of the Administration building of the Elizabethtown campus.

A: Yes. Here’s the schedule of classes:
ACT Overview. Custom-designed tutoring and practical advice will enable you to earn your best possible ACT scores. In addition, you will learn how to relax and do your best on any test.

ACT Math. Gear up for the math section of the ACT exam with a guided review on every type of question featured on this exam. Learn test-taking strategies while identifying personal strengths and weaknesses so you can focus on your efforts.

n 6-9 p.m. Oct. 13
ACT English. This preparatory class will focus on improving the understanding of English topics likely to appear on the ACT exam. This class will provide an opportunity for one-on-one assistance to participants.

ACT Science. This class will focus on improving the understanding of science topics likely to appear on the ACT exam, and will provide an opportunity for one-on-one assistance to participants.

ACT Reading. Many have requested a class covering just the reading section of the ACT, and we have designed one! You will become familiar with the format of the test and learn techniques to utilize time wisely, avoid common mistakes, and perform to the best of your ability. A practice test will be given and graded in order to help you improve your weaknesses.

Each of these ACT classes will be in Room 420 of the CRPEC building on the Elizabethtown campus. The cost $39.
