Harold Wayne Bailey
Harold Wayne Bailey, 65, of Magnolia, died Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2009, at his residence.
Survivors include his father, Gilbert Bailey; his wife, Jean Bailey; two daughters, Sheila Sexton and Jessica Shirley; and seven sons, Michael Bailey, Troy Bailey, Brian Bailey, Terry Bailey, Jonathan Bailey, Brandon Bailey and Cody Bailey.
The funeral is at 2 p.m. CDT Sunday at Brooks Funeral Home in Munfordville with interment in Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery in Magnolia.
Visitation is from 5 to 9 p.m. CDT today and continues from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. CDT Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. CDT Sunday at the funeral home.
Jessie ‘Jean’ Butler
Jessie “Jean” Butler, 75, of Brandenburg, died Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2009.
Survivors include four sons, Donnie, Frank, Timothy and Kenneth Butler; and one daughter, Kim Rector.
The funeral is at 5 p.m. EDT Saturday at Alexander Funeral Home in Irvington with burial to follow in Cap Anderson Cemetery in Brandenburg.
Visitation is from 5 to 9 p.m. EDT today at the funeral home. Audrey F. Hawks
Audrey F. Hawks, 79, formerly of Brandenburg, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2009, in Fordsville.
Survivors include one son, Jimmie Hawks.
The funeral is at 11 a.m. EDT today at Bruington-Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home in Brandenburg with burial in Cap Anderson Cemetery.

Jerry Holman, 63, of Magnolia, died Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2009, at Hardin Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Janet Holman; and two children, Anthony Holman and Laura Suding.
Visitation is from 1 to 5 p.m. CDT Saturday at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home in Columbia.
Burial will be private. William Bruce Juse
William Bruce Juse, 55, of Vine Grove, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2009, from injuries sustained in a vehicle accident.
Mr. Juse was employed with the Houston Bowling Alley on Fort Knox.
He was preceded in death by his father, Elsworth Fred Joe Juse.
Survivors include his mother, Juanita Juse of Vine Grove; and a host of family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, in the chapel of Coffey & Chism Funeral Home in Vine Grove with Brother Harvey DeBolt officiating. Burial will follow in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.
Visitation is after 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Eva Delores Bryant Smith
Eva Delores Bryant Smith, 72, of Louisville, returned to her Heavenly Father, Thursday, Aug. 13, 2009, in her home with loved ones by her side.
She was a devoted wife and mother and a lifetime member at Concord Baptist Church.
Eva was preceded in death by her father, the Rev. Macy Bryant; her mother, Thelma Hensley Bryant; and a sister, Frieda Bryant.
She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, Buddy Smith; three sons, Donald Dewayne Smith (Wendy), Robert A. Smith (Lori) and Perry M. Smith (Lynn); two daughters, Kathy Hilton and Debbie Gibson (Pete); two sisters, Ann Blanton and Virginia Dennis; 14 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
Visitation for Mrs. Smith is from 1 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home, 4895 N. Preston Highway, Shepherdsville, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Brookland Cemetery.

Vernon E. Twyford passed away Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2009, at his residence in Rineyville. He was born March 15, 1919, in Russell Springs, the son of Abraham L. and Alice (Hughes) Twyford.
Vernon was employed as a tech writer for ITT Aerospace/Optical Division, retiring after 31 years. He was a member of Rineyville Baptist Church and was a World War II veteran.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Thomas and Lee Twyford; and three sisters, Elsie Foley, Josie Foley, and Flora Foley, all of Russell Springs.
He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Cleo (Fletcher) Twyford of Rineyville; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service is at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, at Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home in Radcliff with Brother Wendell Smith and Mitch Ash officiating. Burial will be in Rineyville Baptist Church Cemetery in Rineyville.
Visitation begins at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Rineyville Baptist Cemetery upkeep fund.
