Visitation begins at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown. Joseph Donald Masterson, 62, died Saturday, Aug. 2, 2008. The funeral is 11 a.m. today at St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church in New Hope with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Visitation continues at 8 a.m. today at Joseph L.
