It has been a little more than two months since my girlfriend, Rebecca Ricks, and I first got a new addition to our home, a 2-year-old Pomeranian named Tybalt.
Although he came to us after being abandoned, Tybalt has adjusted so well it seems like he has been here all his life. He never seemed uncomfortable at all.
Sure, for the first couple of weeks Tybalt was a door dasher. You know: He saw an open door and he dashed for it to run outside. From what we were told, he was abandoned outside, so maybe he was used to running free.
