Thirteen was unlucky on the road Tuesday for the Elizabethtown Panthers.
The Panthers were held to just 13 points in the second half as the host Louisville Trinity Shamrocks extended their winning streak to 13 games as the state’s top-ranked team pulled away, 64-37.
Trinity, the defending state tournament champion, has won 15-of-17. Elizabethtown has lost 4-of-5.
Elizabethtown (14-12) trailed by one early in the second quarter and by 10 early in the third before Trinity (24-4) began to pull away.

CENTRAL HARDIN 69, BRECKINRIDGE COUNTY 60.Five Central Hardin players scored nine points or more as the Bruins (11-12) stunned the visiting Fighting Tigers (19-6), who were ranked in the top 20 in the state less than three weeks ago by The Associated Press.
Junior forward Dillon Glenn led Central Hardin with 12 points, while senior forward Cody Elmore had 11 points and eight rebounds. Senior wing Alex Crowder and senior guard Andy Kerr added 10 points each and senior center Tyler McCullough had nine points and six rebounds.

Senior point guard Kelton Ford added a well-balanced stat line of 17 points, eight assists, five steals and four rebounds.
