BOYS' PREP BASKETBALL UPDATE: LaRue County 62, Fort Knox 42 (02/04)

The LaRue County Hawks snapped out of a recent funk with a convincing 62-42 victory over the visiting Green County Dragons in an 18th District game Friday night.

The Hawks (16-6 overall, 6-0 in district) had lost four of their previous seven games.

LaRue County will be the top seed for the district tournament. The Hawks have won three consecutive district tournaments and they are 34-4 in the last five years in district play.
