BRAY. Navy Seaman Apprentice Donald Bray, son of Sabine Gould of Radcliff, recently was promoted to his current rank upon graduation from recruit training at Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, Ill. He received the early promotion for outstanding performance during all phases of the training cycle. Bray is a 2010 graduate of North Hardin High School.
