By Sarah Bennett

A federal grand jury in Louisville has returned a four-count indictment against the Indiana brothers accused of robbing a First Citizens Bank in Elizabethtown and three Jefferson County banks.

Eric Shelburne, 29, and Brannon Shelburne, 28, executed 10 robberies in four states between Sept. 22 and Nov. 10, according to a criminal complaint filed in federal court.

The complaint alleges both brothers admitted to all robberies during police interviews, including the Oct. 11 robbery at the 3030 Ring Road location of First Citizens Bank.
