A contract has been approved that will allow bus transportation of children who don’t go to public school to continue.
Hardin Fiscal Court approved a contract Tuesday between the Hardin County Board of Education and county government in which the school board agrees to pick up non-public school children who live in Hardin County along existing bus routes.
The price for that service is set at $4.17 for each child per day and cannot exceed $10,000 for the 2013-14 fiscal year.
