John T. Kemper III, Republican candidate for Kentucky State Auditor, spoke to members of the Hardin County Republican Party Executive Committee meeting Jan. 10 at the Nolin RECC conference room. Kemper, of Lexington, is a graduate of UK, played football at UK and has a career as small businessman running an educational supply company and later worked as a real estate contractor.
