Special visitors at the Cecilia Community Ruritan club meeting recently were Ruritan National Director Anne Hillard and Chester Hillard, Bluegrass District governor from Frankfort. They spoke about the advantages available to the local Ruritan clubs such as scholarships, discounts, liability insurance, etc.
