After a few months of posturing and generalizations, Elizabethtown city government has developed a decisive and cohesive plan to assist organizers of a new Kentucky High School Basketball Hall of Fame in establishing the facility here.
It also ensures community interests are protected in the process of going from dream to reality.

The memorandum of understanding with the Kentucky Association of Basketball Coaches outlines roles and responsibilities of both parties in creating the hall of fame.
