The following civil suits are filed in Hardin County Circuit Court in Elizabethtown. Et al is a Latin abbreviation meaning “and others.” Lawsuits give only one side of a disagreement and do not reflect any counterclaims and/or settlements that may have occurred since the initial suit was filed.

ElizabethtownEmergency Physicians v. Sherron E. Jankowski, Carroll Avenue, Rineyville. Claims breach of contract. Seeks judgment in the sum of $4,401 plus interest.

State Farm Fire and Casualty Company, et al, v. Cy’Shawn L. Jones, Pioneer Court, Radcliff. Claims defendant carelessly and negligently operated a motor vehicle so as to cause it to collide with plaintiff’s vehicle. Seeks judgment for damages; trial by jury.
