The following civil suits are filed in Hardin County Circuit Court in Elizabethtown. Et al is a Latin abbreviation meaning “and others.” Lawsuits give only one side of a disagreement and do not reflect any counterclaims and/or settlements that may have occurred since the initial suit was filed.

Sheila Myers, et al, v. New North Hardin Health and Rehabilitation Center LLC, et al, West Main Street, Frankfort. Claims negligence. Seeks judgment for damages; trial by jury.

Fort Knox Federal Credit Union v. Tyler R. Bush, et al, Ferrill Hill Road, Buffalo. Claims breach of contract. Seeks judgment in the sum of $4,201.52 plus interest.
