Val Claycomb, president-elect of the Rotary Club of Elizabethtown completed the three-day rotary multi-district training session March 24 in Nashville, Tenn. Mid-South P.E.T.S. or Presidents-Elect Training Seminar is a multi-state training session of the six rotary districts in Alabama, Kentucky and Tennessee.
Consisting of well known exceptional speakers, informative roundtables, discussion groups, detailed district training sessions, fellowship and networking, the purpose of P.E.T.S. is to have the best prepared, most enthusiastic club presidents in the rotary world.
The Rotary Club of Elizabethtown was chartered in 1935 and meets at noon Tuesday at Stone Hearth Restaurant.
