Clifford Kenneth ‘Cliff’ Moore

Clifford Kenneth “Cliff” Moore, 83, of Radcliff, passed away Saturday, March 24, 2012,at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown.

Mr. Moore was retired from civil service and retired from the U.S. Army having served in the Korean War and Vietnam. He was a lifelong Mason and served as past master of Camp Knox Lodge No. 919 in Radcliff. He was a member of Kosair Shriners, he was a Kentucky Colonel and he was involved with the Shriners Horse Patrol.

He was preceded in death by a son, Mark Steven Moore.

Survivors include his loving wife of 59 years, Margarite Moore of Radcliff; two children, Kenneth R. Moore and his wife, Helena, of Louisville and Deborah Elaine Pilkenton and her husband, Glenn, of Radcliff; two grandchildren, Gretchen Freeman and Cory Reese, both of Radcliff; and two great-grandchildren, Wesley Reese and Jayson Freeman.

A graveside service with military honors was Friday, March 30, at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-Central in Radcliff.

Coffey & Chism Funeral Home in Vine Grove handled arrangements, including a Masonic service Thursday.
