College system proposes salary freeze

ELIZABETHTOWN — The Kentucky Community and Technical College System is proposing to freeze employee salaries in the upcoming school year.

Some employees will receive merit bonuses that will range from $1,500 to $2,500, but no cost-of-living increase will be added to salaries.

Each college will determine how it gives out the bonuses.
