Friday, Sept. 30

  • Fort Knox Oktoberfest celebration, 3 p.m., Brooks Parade Field, Fort Knox. This year’s event will culminate with fireworks at 9 p.m. Traditional German food, adult beverages and other refreshments will be available for purchase. Bounce houses, face painting, family games, a cornhole tournament and live music. Pets not permitted. Event is free.
