  • Hardin Circuit Clerk’s office, closing at noon because of a software program installation. Offices in Elizabethtown and Radcliff are affected. The driver’s license office only will re-open at 1 p.m. and close at normal times. Both offices will reopen at 8 a.m. Monday.
