Contestants sought for Kentucky Pythons Holiday Essay Contest

The Kentucky Pythons semi-professional football team is seeking contestants for a holiday essay contest through Dec. 14. The topic is “My Dream Christmas” or “Why This Person Deserves a Christmas.” The essay should be a page in length and double spaced. Essays can be submitted to s.amper@kypythons.com. The winner will be contacted Dec. 16 and will be posted on the Kentucky Pythons website.

The winner of the contest will receive a fully-decorated Christmas tree, $200 in gifts for the children and a $50 gift certificate for HoneyBaked Ham. The football players will deliver the tree, along with the wrapped gifts, to the home of the winner.
