ELIZABETHTOWN — Spring break in Hardin County has forced a local government to forgo its Monday meeting.
Elizabethtown City Council canceled its 4:30 p.m. regular voting meeting Monday at City Hall for lack of a quorum, said City Clerk Mary Chaudoin. A majority of city officials must be present for official action to be taken.
The council will reconvene at 4:30 p.m. Monday, April 8, for its regular work session.
