Hardin Fiscal Court was handed an option to build the majority of its county government complex at a lower cost, but the legislative body chose to build the entire complex at once to save money in the future, said Hardin Judge-Executive Harry Berry.
The court voted 7-2 Tuesday to accept a guaranteed maximum price of $13,165,929 offered by Alliance Corp., the county’s construction manager at risk, during its meeting.
