The Capt. Jacob Van Meter Chapter of the DAR held its June meeting at the Brown-Pusey House and celebrated Flag Day with a program of patriotic music presented by one of its members, Joyce Cowley (seated at the piano). Hostesses were, from left, Judy French and Martha Lawson, regent of the chapter.
