This week, I am featuring recipe requests just as I do the last Thursday of each month. But first, let me repeat the Apple Upside Down Cake that was in my column in September.
A reader told me that she had made it and it was very hard. I tried it, and it was great. Overcooking sometimes can cause a product to be hard, but I am rewriting the directions so they will be easier to understand. The dry ingredients were left out of the directions.
