Having observed the latest massive dump of classified documents through Wikileaks, I am reminded of a scene from the movie “Casino.”
In that scene, Ace, the casino manager played by Robert DeNiro, comes upon his hapless slots manager who had stood by while three progressive slot machines paid out jackpots literally one after the other.
