Terry Childress, 56, of Hodgenville, passed away Sunday, Dec. 19, 2010, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown.
He attended Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and was a cable lineman.
He is survived by his wife, Carrie Stephens; two sons, Jeremy (Amanda) Engle and Cory (Lindsay) Engle, all of Hodgenville; his parents, Andy and Geraldine Childress of Munfordville; four grandchildren, Clayton Engle, Chase Engle, Audrey Engle and Emmaline Engle; a brother, Steve Childress of California; his mother-in-law, Martha Stephens of Hodgenville; and many other close friends and family.
The funeral is at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 22, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with cremation to follow.
Visitation is from 3 to 8 p.m. today and after 9 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Robert ‘Bob’ Stanley Fultz
Robert “Bob” Stanley Fultz, 64, of Rolla, Mo., passed away Friday, Dec. 17, 2010.
Bob was born in Kentucky to the late Stanley Fultz and Evelyn Eva (Puyear) Fultz. He married Marie Fuller, and to this union two sons were born. Marie preceded him death.
Bob was a retired U.S. Army veteran, serving 20 years for his country. He also was a member of the Rolla Moose Lodge and Rolla VFW Post 2025.
Bob will be sadly missed by his surviving family which includes two sons, Robert F. Fultz and Richard L. Fultz and his wife, Stacey, all of Rolla; six grandchildren, Darrin, Dwayne, Amber, Nicole, Destiny and Nathen Fultz; one great-grandchild, Bailei; his stepfather, Francis Miceli of Kentucky; one sister, Sherry Duke of Illinois; and other extended family members and friends.
A graveside service with full military honors for Robert “Bob” Fultz is at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 23, at Ozark Hills Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Retired Sgt. 1st Class Charles Gleaford Hollamon
Retired Sgt. 1st Class Charles Gleaford Hollamon, 86, of Radcliff, died Monday, Dec. 20, 2010, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown.
Survivors include his wife, Maria M. Hollamon; a daughter, Karen Satre; and two sons, Boris Hollamon and Robert Hollamon.
A committal service with military honors is at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-Central in Radcliff.
There will be no visitation.

Howard McElroy Sr.
Howard McElroy, Sr., 82, of Vine Grove, passed away Thursday, Dec. 9, 2010.
He was born Sept. 2, 1928, in Westfield Ala., the son of Josephus and Addie Lizzie McElroy.
Serving his country honorably and with sacrifice, Howard retired as a sergeant first class, after completing 23 years of service for the U.S. Army. He completed two tours in Vietnam as well as a tour in Korea. His contributions to his family, as well the country, will not be forgotten.
He married the former Annie Lee Baker, who preceded him in death in 1982.
He is survived by his loving children, Robert (Carolyn) McElroy of Stockton, Calif., Earlene (Johnny) Jemison of Tuscaloosa, Ala., Gloria (Clifford) Ross of Jacksonville, Fla., Leslie (Edward) Williams of Hinesville, Ga., Elizabeth Van Horn of Elizabethtown, Howard (Mary) J. McElroy of Elizabethtown, Sherita (Christopher) Lynch, of Cedar Park, Texas; his sisters, Mildred Havard of Farmington Hills, Mich., and Leslie Brown of Texas. As a loving and supportive grandparent, he leaves behind 14 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A memorial service is at 11 a.m. Thursday at Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home, 2072 S. Dixie Blvd. in Radcliff. Burial with military honors follows in North Hardin Memorial Gardens in Radcliff.
Visitation is after 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Ronald Lee McFadden
Ronald Lee McFadden, 47, of Elizabethtown, died Saturday, Dec. 18, 2010, at his residence.
He was an Ashtabula, Ohio, native, a U.S. Army veteran and worked for Commonwealth Broadcasting for the last five years. He was a member of Gloryland Harvest Church and the Hardin County Republicans.
He is survived by his wife, Debra Sue Martens McFadden; two sons, Ronald “R.T.” McFadden and Jonathan “J.D.” McFadden, both of Elizabethtown; two daughters, Audrey McFadden of Radcliff and Jennifer McFadden of Painesville, Ohio; his parents, the Rev. Thomas and Lynda Turner McFadden of Ashtabula, one brother, the Rev. James (Brenda) McFadden of Shepherdsville; and three sisters, Cheryl (Samuel) Boylen of Shepherdsville, Tammy (Gary) Bliffin of Ashtabula, and Rebecca (Roy) Rosario of Akron, Ohio.
The funeral is at 1 p.m. Thursday at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with the Rev. Jacob Pearman officiating.
Burial follows in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and after 9 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
