Northern Hardin County Democratic Woman’s Club honors First Responders at Picnic. Policemen and Firemen from Radcliff along with EMS were in attendance to enjoy the BBQ picnic and receive awards for their service to the community. The NHCDW Club’s annual picnic was a time to honor the service and sacrifice of police, fire and emergency responders. More than 125 attended the event featuring BBQ furnished by Wink’s Smokehouse. Doug Goodman led the group in an opening prayer and asking for the food to be blessed, while Joe Williams followed and led the group in the pledge of allegiance to the American Flag.
