Dow Corning retiree opens tutoring business in Elizabethtown

Families looking for assistance for their children in school have a new tutoring option at their disposal.

The Hoviet Learning Center, a new program run by Thien Ho, has opened and will host tutoring sessions beginning in February.

Enrollment has opened for the center, which will operate in the St. James Loretto Center, the same location Ho operated a Kumon Learning Center locally for 15 years.
