Doyle honored as a Roads Scholar

Chad A. Doyle of KDOH District 4 in Hardin County was honored recently for completing the Roads Scholar/Road Master Training Program. The Roads Scholar and Road Master Training Programs are offered throughout the year by the Technology Transfer Program of the Kentucky Transportation Center located at the University of Kentucky, College of Engineering.
