Driver's truck stuck in water

Radcliff firefighters prepare to leave the scene Monday after helping rescue a driver from a submerged truck in floodwaters at the intersection of South Wilson Road and Shelton Road. According to Radcliff Public Information Officer Bryce Shumate, the vehicle operator was Jim K. Thompson Jr. of Radciff. Shumate said Thompson was not injured in the incident, but was arrested and charged with DUI-2nd offense and with criminal tresspassing-2nd degree, for driving around barricades, by Radcliff Police and taken to Hardin County Detention Center.
