The following cases of Driving Under the Influence and the resolution of those cases are found in Hardin District Court. ADE is an abbreviation for Alcohol Driver Education, BAC is the Blood Alcohol Concentration reading, KAPS stands for Kentucky Alternative Programs, EIP stands for Early Intervention Program and VIP stands for Victims Impact Panel. William J. Hibbard (1979) pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence, first offense. Jail sentence credited for time served. Fined $200 plus court costs and service fee. License suspended for 120 days. KADS and ADE.

Michael A. Burgess Jr. (1991) pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence, first offense plus possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Sentenced to 180 days in jail with credit for time serve and balance probated. Fined $200 plus court costs and service fee. KAPS, ADE. License suspended for 120 days with eligibility for a hardship exemption after 30 days.
