The following cases of Driving Under the Influence and the resolution of those cases are found in Hardin District Court. ADE is an abbreviation for Alcohol Driver Education, BAC is the Blood Alcohol Concentration reading, KAPS stands for Kentucky Alternative Programs. A service fee is added to all DUIs and court costs are added to all charges. Birth year is in parenthesis.

Peter A. Robinson (1961). Operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, first offense. Sentenced to 10 days in jail with credit for one day served. Fined $200 plus court costs and service fee. Subject to KAPS and ADE. License suspended for 120 days.

Titus B. Handley (1975). Operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, first offense. Sentenced to five days in jail with credit for five day served. Must pay court costs and service fee. Subject to KAPS and ADE. License suspended for 120 days.
