The following cases of Driving Under the Influence and the resolution of those cases are found in Hardin District Court Division I in Elizabethtown. ADE is an abbreviation for Alcohol Driver Education, BAC is the Blood Alcohol Concentration reading, KAPS stands for Kentucky Alternative Programs, EIP stands for Early Intervention Program and VIP stands for Victims Impact Panel. A service fee is added to all DUIs and court costs are added to all charges. Birth year is in parenthesis.

GUILTY

Julian Lee Jones IV (1987).
DUI, BAC 0.14; speeding 26 mph over.
Pleaded guilty to DUI first. Serve one day in jail. License suspended for 120 days; ADE and VIP with KAPS. Other charge dismissed without prejudice. Total $804.

William Roy Boone (1967).
DUI; careless driving; possession of marijuana.

Gary Brown (1965).
DUI; driving on DUI suspended license; no/expired other state registration receipt.
Pleaded guilty to DUI third and driving on DUI suspended license.  Twelve months in jail, serve 10 months balance probated for two years. License suspended for 36 months; ADE and VIP with KAPS. Other charge dismissed without prejudice. Total $1,029.

Robert Ray Brown (1942).
DUI; failure to wear seat belts; possess open alcohol beverage container.
Pleaded guilty to DUI first and failure to wear seat belts. Serve four days in jail. License suspended for 120 days; ADE and VIP with KAPS. Other charge dismissed without prejudice. Total $754.
