There were no cases of Driving Under the Influence found in Hardin District Court Division I in Elizabethtown. Stephen D. Burris (1958).
DUI, BAC 0.19; leaving scene of accident/failure to render aid.
Pleaded guilty to DUI first and leaving scene of accident/failure to render aid. One hundred-eighty days in jail, serve 10 days balance probated for two years. License suspended for 120 days, ADE and VIP with AKPS. Total $729.
