Elizabethtown Christian Academy will have a new leader at the beginning of next month.
Willie Dean Thomas, a retired chemistry teacher at LaRue County High School, has been hired as the new principal of the private school.
Thomas began her teaching career in Hardin County Schools and went to LaRue County in 1994. Along with her time at the high school, she also served as an assistant principal at LaRue County Middle School.
