EHS sportswear deal is authorized

A Tennessee sportswear company seeking business sponsorships for T-shirts has a signed agreement with the Elizabethtown High School baseball program.

The community should have no concern about solicitations by Sportswear Promotions Inc., said Michael R. Tarr II, senior vice president for North American operations with Sportswear Promotions Inc. of Mt. Juliet, Tenn.

"How much clearer can it get?" Tarr said.
