Elizabethtown Lions Club Members Welcome Kelsey Kinney

The Elizabethtown Lion’s Club welcomed its Central Hardin High School January Student of the Month, Kelsey Kinney. Kelsey is the daughter of Mike and Karen Kinney. She holds a 4.0 grade-point average and is a member of Beta Club, Friends of Rachel Club, Science Honor Society, and is corresponding secretary to Student Council for the Executive Council, school government. She participated in the Governor’s Scholars Program at Center University. For three years, Kelsey has marched in Central’s drum-line and has been named boss captain. Showing leadership, Kelsey organized a schoolwide “Adopt-A-Platoon” program, and organized a fund raiser for the Science Honor Society.
