It can be challenging to live in a house you are renovating, work in a business under reconstruction or keep a city park open while a trench is carved from one side to the other for the installation of new sewer lines. That’s the case with Freeman Lake Park. In July, the City of Elizabethtown will begin digging and blasting its way through Freeman Lake Park for some necessary sewer updates.
