Justin Ray Cothern, a resident of Bullitt County, is described as a white male who stands 6-feet-2 and weighs approximately 200 pounds. Police also released his photograph to news outlets and social media.
Police issued an arrest warrant accusing Cothern of second-degree arson. They ask that anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts call 270-765-4125.

East Dixie reopened around 4 a.m. Monday, according to an EPD advisory.
