E'town adopts modified emergency plan

Elizabethtown City Council adopted a modified emergency management plan this week that Elizabethtown Fire Chief Mike Hulsey says better fleshes out the roles of the city’s responders and resources in the case of a disaster.
Hulsey presented the proposal in November so the city’s plan could be included with the county’s modified plan once they are presented at the state level.
