A federal grand jury in Louisville returned an indictment Monday against Randal A. Nabors, 49, of Elizabethtown on charges for a 2010 bank robbery.
The indictment alleges that on July 25, 2010, Nabors robbed the Woodforest Bank in the Elizabethtown Walmart of $1,106 and that at the time the bank’s deposits were insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
In the event of a conviction, the maximum potential penalties are 20 years imprisonment, a $250,000 fine and supervised release for a period of at least three and not more than five years.
