An Elizabethtown man was indicted Thursday on charges relating to an alleged burglary at a Ring Road gas station where police say he took more than $3,000 cash.
David R. Wolfe, 33, faces charges of third-degree burglary, criminal attempt to commit third-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking more than $500 but less than $10,000, first-degree possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of synthetic marijuana and first-degree persistent felony offense.
