E'town men indicted in Plaza 94 robbery

Two Elizabethtown men accused of attempting to rob a North Mulberry Street gas station late last year have been indicted into Hardin Circuit Court.

Chase A. Dunaway, 19, and Nathaniel J. Restivo, 21, were indicted on charges of complicity to commit first-degree robbery.

The two men were arrested Dec. 7 after Elizabethtown Police Department responded to Plaza 94 at 2022 N. Mulberry St. in reference to a robbery, according to police.
